2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed successfully.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added as required by law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by weight and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was ours.

  • Due to health and safety regulations, tea, food, and personal-use products (candles, bath items, oils, etc.) cannot be returned once sent.

  • Event tickets and class fees are non-refundable but transferable to another attendee with notice.

  • If Odditeas cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

5. Gift Cards & Subscriptions

  • Gift cards are valid for the products and services listed on our website or in-store.

  • Subscription boxes (e.g., Tea of the Month) renew automatically until canceled.

  • You can cancel any subscription through your account or by contacting us before the next billing date.

6. Workshop & Event Participation

By registering for an event, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You may be exposed to candles, herbs, oils, or other materials.

  • Odditeas is not liable for allergic reactions or injuries during events.

Please inform us ahead of time about any allergies or sensitivities so accommodations can be made.
